Life does certainly have it's own way of making plans for you when you least expect it. After enduring some particularly strong summer storms, my home was hit by lightning, severing my land line, connections to my washer and dryer and sadly, my modem! Yet, Mother Nature did not cease my plans to continue writing. So, for July, I have a few irons in the fire for you...

1. On deck are brand new reviews of "The Book Of Eli" starring Denzel Washington and "Green Zone" starring Matt Damon. Both reviews you will be able to find in the June section of Savage Cinema.

2. Currently being written is a review of the film adaptation of "The Road," a new entry in "THE ONES THAT NEARLY GOT AWAY" series.

3. Also coming this month will be reviews of the latest films from no less than Writer/Directors M. Night Shyamalan ("The Last Airbender") and Christopher Nolan ("Inception").

4. I am also extremely anxious to view and am planning to post a review of a new documentary about one of my favorite bands of all time, Canada's very own, Rush!!

Busy, busy, busy indeed and I'll see you when the house light go down again...hopefully not induced through a raging summer storm!
